AWS outage and my CCTV devices
Have enjoyed all the services from my first device since 2017, and recently added a second device (indoor CCTV), but since this morning I have been unable to see the history from the second device. The first still works as before. I have tried contacting RING, the ‘Chat’ sends me round in circles. T

Hacked on 28th
Not really a question more a complaint and lack of communication from Ring! I have just found out today (19.XXXXXX) that ring got hacked on the 28th May and I have three device that have been logged into my doorbell and able to see for the last 2 months!! For ring to not even email people warning th

Modes not showing on dashboard
The Modes have disappeared from the dashboard after the latest app update on Android, anyone know how to fix this or is this an issue with the app?

CANT FIND A NUMBER TO TALK TO ANYONE AT RING.
I HAVE SPENT SEVERAL HOURS TRYING TO FIND A NUMBER WHERE I COULD TALK TO SOMEONE AT RING. IMPOSSIBLE. I WANT TO KNOW WHY I AM PAYING ALMOST $100 TO RING BUT CAN'T FIND OUT WHY. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
