AWS outage and my CCTV devices
Have enjoyed all the services from my first device since 2017, and recently added a second device (indoor CCTV), but since this morning I have been unable to see the history from the second device. The first still works as before. I have tried contacting RING, the ‘Chat’ sends me round in circles. T

Hacked on 28th
Not really a question more a complaint and lack of communication from Ring! I have just found out today (19.XXXXXX) that ring got hacked on the 28th May and I have three device that have been logged into my doorbell and able to see for the last 2 months!! Adding Ring product to outdoor gate

Has ring been hacked? Email addresses now used by spammers
My Ring ID email is unique and only ever used by me when communicating with Ring. I am now getting regular spam emails to this email address, my system is secure so how did spammers get my Ring email? I presume they have been hacked.

can i download a section of the footage captured?
i have a 4k camera and its recorded 30 mins of activity in one section, i only need the last 5 mins of activity to download. I cant download the whole section as it says 'something went wrong' after an hour of trying using the app and desktop even with fast internet, i was wondering if theres a way
