I can’t sign into the app. Email and password accepted, get the code via text and then verification fails. I can sign in with the same email and password to the website, so I know they’re correct, so what’s wrong with the app?

Is there a way to transfer my ring doorbell and two cameras to my new iPhone 16 without having to climb 20' up to remove the faceplate and scan a code on the cameras?

Ive been trying to get spare parts kit for this model as strip was damaged when I removed it during house move. It's been out of stock for almost a year with ring and amazon . Only place they seem to be available are USA on ebay with extortionate shipping. Have they just stopped producing them ?

hello, i'd like to be able to turn off mode switch notifications both normal and automated (mode schedules) i really dont need these constantly notifying me or my parents whenever the automation swaps the mode of the cameras as thats the whole point of me having it fully automated via timed schedul
