I can’t sign into the app. Email and password accepted, get the code via text and then verification fails. I can sign in with the same email and password to the website, so I know they’re correct, so what’s wrong with the app?

Is there a way to transfer my ring doorbell and two cameras to my new iPhone 16 without having to climb 20' up to remove the faceplate and scan a code on the cameras?

Ive been trying to get spare parts kit for this model as strip was damaged when I removed it during house move. It's been out of stock for almost a year with ring and amazon . Only place they seem to be available are USA on ebay with extortionate shipping. Have they just stopped producing them ?

Move the Event Playback Timeline to the Top of the Video

When reviewing recorded events in the Ring app, the playback timeline and motion-event controls are displayed across the bottom of the video, obscuring a significant portion of the footage. Please add an option to move the playback timeline to the top of the screen, or allow users to reposition it

Allow camera video data to interrupt/cancel Quick Replies
Please update the Ring firmware so that Quick Replies automatically cancel if the camera detects the front door opening or a household member stepping into frame. Currently, the doorbell will continue to play the automated message even if I am physically standing at the door interacting with the vis
