Doorbell will not charge (Battery doorbell 2nd gen)

I have tried 3 different cables, different outlets, and different power bricks to be sure. There is a blinking blue light at the top of the circle. I have left it overnight on each cable and outlet. All outlets are known working and can charge other devices with no issue.
