troubleshooting

Just installed new doorbell and at night there is a purple rainbow at the top left of attached photo. Does not happen during the day and did not have this problem with Ring Pro 2 Doorbell. Will there be an update to fix this?

Familar Faces doesnt allow you to select on/off alerts for certain people

I wanted to upgrade my plan to access Familar Faces but the system doesnt allow you to disable alerts for specific individual faces while keeping alerts on for others! This is a key feature for me.
