troubleshooting
Just installed new doorbell and at night there is a purple rainbow at the top left of attached photo. Does not happen during the day and did not have this problem with Ring Pro 2 Doorbell. Will there be an update to fix this?

Hi @Blerman. The newer model has been redesigned both inside and out, which means that in some cases, light may not interact with it in the same way as the previous model. In your case, if you don't want to relocate the doorbell, I would recommend adjusting its angle using a Wedge or Corner Kit to see if that helps address your concern.
