I can’t sign into the app. Email and password accepted, get the code via text and then verification fails. I can sign in with the same email and password to the website, so I know they’re correct, so what’s wrong with the app?

Upgraded my phone and lost all connectivity
Is there a way to transfer my ring doorbell and two cameras to my new iPhone 16 without having to climb 20' up to remove the faceplate and scan a code on the cameras?

Wireless Peephole doorbell
Ive been trying to get spare parts kit for this model as strip was damaged when I removed it during house move. It's been out of stock for almost a year with ring and amazon . Only place they seem to be available are USA on ebay with extortionate shipping. Have they just stopped producing them ?

Flip video on outdoor cam plus
This defies all explanation as this camera is designed to be outside and hung upside down up high up so you can get a view of your backyard or street or whatever so why don’t I have the capability to flip the video on this camera? Please add this as a feature in upcoming updates. I have no other way

Search event history by date.
The event history feature on the Android App would be useful if I could search for video clips for a specific date, or range of dates

Ring doorbell in idle mode!! Permanently!!
my ring doorbell camera seems to be stuck in idle mode. Pressing the doorbell button does nothing and pressing the orange button on the right front when trying to pair does nothing. I have done a hard reset attempt but agin no response. I charged it and it is fully charged but still will not respond
