Need Flex cable for peephole /door view cameraview camera
I need a replacement Flex cable for my ring peephole camera. For summer brilliant reason ring stopped selling them. Making an almost $200 camera useless. Does anyone know where I could get one has anyone else has the same problem? Thanks in advance.

Snap shots not being captured since changing to 2k plus door bell

Ring Battery Video Doorbell 2K Plus failing after just over 2 weeks
Hello, My Ring Doorbell camera appears to be stuck in some god awful low bitrate mode, the camera is pixelated and blocky and audio is choppy and robotic sounding both in live view and downloaded videos the last few days. Tried factory reset multiple times and and it did not fix the issue. My RSSI

Unable to receive AI descriptive alerts
Hi all. I have exhausted everything in trying to get the AI descriptive alerts to work on my ring 2k wired doorbell including ring sending me a replacement unit. Everything is set up as it should be but still no joy. The facial recognition is working ok. Any suggestions please? Many thanks
