We moved the camera from one side of house to other side and need to reactivate but it is asking for QR code or pin and it does have any. How can we setup?

Currently I have all my cameras detecting and capturing movements 24h, but when I am at home doesn't make sense to receive push notifications of it. I only want to receive alerts when I am away from home.So every time I go away, I need to go in the APP through each camera I have and manually turn on

I contacted Ring cs and the rep could only tell me that it’s an ongoing problem and they’re working on it. If anyone from Ring cares about customers, please let me know when this will be fixed. And

I am trying to mount my new floodlight wired pro to an existing vinyl siding mounting block that we had out old ring up on. However, when I use the supplied mounting bracket (rectangular metal piece) into the holes there is not a good seal with plastic bracket once it is screwed in. I ordered the
