trial has ended now subscribed
Hello all. Our 30 day trial has ended so i have subbed to the middle package? cant remember what rings calls it. we have lost all previous videos. is this supposed to happen or will they come back on their own at some point? thanks

Ring doorbell battery version
Charging is always hit & miss. When charger is attached the light goes white instead of blue. Change where it’s plugged in, still white. The orange charger wire gets red hot too( when plugged in to extension socket) now got it plugged in with Apple charger and it’s working. Do I need a new Ring

History timeline
latest app update removed a very popular feature thar now causes the inability to view a combined timeline for all cameras at once, extremely annoying, this may have been one of the most used and favorite features

Remove or don’t display events to shared users
I am the primary account holder for my Ring system and need more granular control over what information is shared with other users. Specifically, I want the ability to: • Prevent shared users from accessing the event history generated by some or all alarm sensors, without revoking their access
