so I bought some items from an estate sale obviously the previous owners have passed.. so I got a receipt 🧾 and when I went to call and chat with ring they refused to honer the recipet and continued to act like I'm stupid and don't understand there protocol so very disrespectful to say the least

I guess it lasts a few days, then it's deleted. So I am redoing it. The Ring Doorbell has a greeting that states, "Hi, you are being recorded!" Is there a way to silence this? I want the ring I used to have that said nothing, just recorded.

Cam shuts off after 30 seconds even though there is still activity

My cam picks up activity then shuts off after 30 seconds even though there is still ongoing activity. That means I miss important activity after 30 seconds. Any way to extend the 'timer' or have it continue to record until the activity stops?
