so I bought some items from an estate sale obviously the previous owners have passed.. so I got a receipt 🧾 and when I went to call and chat with ring they refused to honer the recipet and continued to act like I'm stupid and don't understand there protocol so very disrespectful to say the least

I guess it lasts a few days, then it's deleted. So I am redoing it. The Ring Doorbell has a greeting that states, "Hi, you are being recorded!" Is there a way to silence this? I want the ring I used to have that said nothing, just recorded.

When attempting to arm your Ring Alarm using the keypad, there is no way to see which zone is active unless you try to set the alarm through the Ring app. Why doesn’t the app’s event history show the active zone, or why doesn’t the keypad identify which zone is preventing the alarm from being armed?
