so I bought some items from an estate sale obviously the previous owners have passed.. so I got a receipt 🧾 and when I went to call and chat with ring they refused to honer the recipet and continued to act like I'm stupid and don't understand there protocol so very disrespectful to say the least

Hi @user_000480. If the Ring device you purchased from the estate sale is still registered to someone else, you can initiate the device ownership transfer process in the Ring app.
