Hi. I recently upgraded my older Ring doorbell to the newer 2K version. Since the upgrade my Alexa devices have stopped playing the Ring tune and some do a barely audible ‘ding dong’ noise but not all of them.

The previous ring doorbell would sound the ring tune on the six Alexa devices in the house.

I have disabled the doorbell in Alexa, removed and added the Alexa announcement devices, disabled and re-enabled the Ring skill on the Alexa app many times but to no avail. I have also made sure the Ring and Alexa apps on the phone are the latest version.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
