Ring intentionally makes it impossible to find how to cancel your subscription. Wrongful business practice. Unfair treatment of users. I will recommend to everyone I know to use a different service. helpful tip: a big red cancel button on the main dashboard in the app. In case no one in your team i

I recently renewed my subscription this past March for $99.00 yearly, if I upgrade to Ring Pro today (April 26) for an extra $100 subscription, am I charged an extra $100 or am I charged the full amount of $200 yearly?
