People be aware that Ring can watch inside of your home. I said that because a neighbor of mine reported their missing dog. And because it was in my neighborhood, some one from Ring posted a picture of me and my wife sitting on my sofa on the family room. and they did this without my authorization,

2nd Gen back plate
installation
I have the 2nd gen, that uses the orange pick tool to remove. I cannot get the lower lock mechanism to engage. I've tried using the tool while installing with no help. It's been 40 minutes with no success. I'm flipping aerospace mechanic!!!! This can't be that difficult! Any tips? Or this thing goes

I have an Outdoor Cam and the light cycles on and off during the night. It does come on when it sees an animal and records it. But I have adjusted the sensing for the lights, area covered, and it still is coming on at all times at night. (I am up using the restroom) Thanks for any help
