My door chime has stopped making any sound. I’ve tried everything, moved it closer to router, factory reset, deleted the app and reinstalled it. Been through all settings. Nothing is working. I’m missing so many visitors at the door because of this.Anyone else had this issue?

Hi @user_82074d. If you haven't done so already, make sure that the Chime is configured to play an alert for motions and rings from your doorbell. You can check this by tapping the Audio Settings tile, then tapping Chime Alerts to select when you want your Chime to sound.

Hi I have just installed my ring chime and it set up abslutely fine no issues .But there is only a handful of chimes , I assumed there would be more , I saw online they have Christmas and Halloween etc .mine doesn't have any of those , just normal ones.Does the standard chime not have these? I already have have 2 doorbells, 3 external & 2 internal security cameras & a chime and am looking to add 2 panic alarms. Can they just be installed through the app alongside the other devices or is additional equipment necessary? Can they be setup so that they can be separately identified? Thank

My Chimev2 stop working

My ring chime (2nd generation) doesn't work.After plugging into the socket, my ring chime flash the blue light once. It stopped responding then.I've tried 4 sockets in my home, no luck. Other ring devices in my home is functioned as normal.What could be the culprit? How could I fix it?
