I asked in Neighbors tab why air quality is poor today in my area - want to know if there is a fire or other incident causing unusual pollution. Post was removed. Community guidelines say asking a question about a local issue is acceptable, but the post was removed - is this type of content to ask n

Do not work with On Tech for Ring Installation

On Tech did a poor job at installation. They repeatedly went to the wrong address to repair the faulty installation. They promised to reimburse, and they NEVER did. Ring must not recommend this company at all. The amount of time wasted in dealing with On Tech has been staggering and counterproduct

Charged $299 despite saying no during complaint
billing
I was liaising with Tech Support re: 7 mins being unfilmed. After several phone calls since Ring staff did not call me once, the last call the issue was fixed. But staff were going to check over a few days to see if it worked. Still had the problem. So I had asked not to charge me $299. But they did
