I don't like the way our delivery man speaks to my wife. It is obvious what he is after. Am I ok to complain to his employer using the recordings of him talking to her at deliveries (when I am not there) from some of the conversations they have been engaged in?

I have a £49.99 plan, which renews in February. However I’ve noticed I am not getting calls or motion alerts?? And when I check, it says both features are locked.. why is this?
