This device stopped receiving power

My ring external security camera has message saying This device stopped receiving power. But the blue light is on, the lights work and the camera is working.
Connections have been checked and cleaned with camera reconnected to WIFI and power
Looking for advice

Hi @user_4393f8. Where in the Ring app are you seeing this message? Are you able to activate Live View for the camera? Additionally, can you please clarify which model of Ring camera this is? The device name is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
