Cancel deceased mothers account

Device set up stuck on “scanning for available networks”
While trying to set up my 3 ring devices, I get to the point of set up where it is “scanning for available WiFi networks” but then it just sits there and spins. I am not able to see any WiFi networks or connect to them. I am connected to my 2.4 band WiFi, have tried restarting the router, hard reset
