Is it possible to disable automatic bypassing of a sensor when the system is armed using a Mode Schedule to set Away mode? The back door of our building was left open all night and we did not know, even though the system was armed.

I have 2 cameras and 2 accounts (under 1 email) I am not sure ehow this happed, but I paid for a plan, I think 49.99 for the year, but it added the plan to the accounts with no plan. So on that account I have no cameras, how can I change it over?
