We moved the camera from one side of house to other side and need to reactivate but it is asking for QR code or pin and it does have any. How can we setup?

Camera Motion Zones Setting

I have a 2nd Gen Ring and I wanted to add the compatible solar charger but currently I use the non drill mount for for Ring Doorbell, and wanted to know if there is also a non drill mount option for the solar charger?

I contacted Ring cs and the rep could only tell me that it’s an ongoing problem and they’re working on it. If anyone from Ring cares about customers, please let me know when this will be fixed. And

i’m trying to look at community posts on both the neighbors app and the community tab in the ring app and i can’t see any of them. there’s 100+ comments on the post but it’s saying for me to be the first to comment.
