Modes stopped working
This morning when leaving the house, we changed the mode to Away. Upon return, we tried to change it to Home. The IOS phone app indicates that it has changed but it is notifying & announcing as if it is still in Away mode. Switching to Disarm mode does nothing.

Kidde Ring Smart Smoke + Carbon Monoxide Alarm (RGCUAR-RW) Dropped from Wifi

Stop Notifications When The Mode Changes
I have recently installed a camera in my kitchen but only need it to be active when I'm out. I also have a doorbell which I leave on all of the time. Why did you get rid of one hour snooze???!

Dashboard change 6/19/2026
Suddenly the Dashboard screen no longer has the "away", "home" and other buttons that allowed all connected cameras to be turned on or off with one command. The only "shortcuts" available on the Dashboard now are History, What's New and Lights. After several calls to customer service and not connect
