Cannot stop ring taking payments from my elderly fathers account
I cannot stop Ring taking payments for a service my elderly father doesnt use. Basicly my father has developed dementia and I have l/p/a for finances and property which I have running. Checking his accounts ring has been debiting £49 for years for a service he doesnt use and because he doesnt know

Ring doorbell troubles
2nd generation, battery operated, with internal chime, neither wants to work. Fully charged, wifi signal , tried just about everything in the app, says that there is no doorbell, or chime, allocated to this address, then it wants to transfer it to somebody else. All I would like is a doorbell that
