Both of my chime pros are not working properly since the outage. Not showing on the Devices. Tried reinstalling device or set up a new device but unsuccessful. All cameras are working. Low power mode.

Why is my outdoor cam us that has a battery in it and is connected to power adaptor saying low power mode no matter how many times I reboot it? The battery is totally full at all times and always shows a charging icon but still in low power mode? I’m using in doors.
