Are videos in the cloud
Previously my setting of maintaining videos was 180 days. I never changed it to 60 but after this Tucson Guthrie case, i looked and sure enough it is 60 days. I asked my brother to check his and he said 180, only to log in and see it was also 60. My question is, i need videos from November of 2025 i

Ring app defaults to alarm rather than camera(s) when accessing history from the dashboard.
The ring app on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Android phone recently started this behavior (last few days). I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change. I did a search on the internet and there are a few posts on Reddit complaining about this. If accessing Ring from a web browser, History defaults

No camera display with Echo Show notifications
Echo Show 2nd generation (4 yrs old) and 3rd generation (2 yrs old) and Ring doorbell, around 2 weeks ago stopped displaying Ring videos with notifications. Wife not receiving share invitation email.
Hi, I'm trying to share a new ring camera with my wife. She has an account set up. She doesn't receive an email and there are no requests pending in her app. I have checked the spam and other mail folders, I have checked the email address is correct, I have tried multiple times.
