Why do none of my posts get approved can someone please message me. I see all kinds of ones but yet any time I post it gets denied. But yet some that asks or states something stupid gets posted. Ring Doorbell Pro doesn't work

Need to change plan from pro to solo

I canceled my Pro plan and would like to add the solo plan but I do not get that option under plans. Only to renew my Pro plan.

Upgrade to Ring Pro

I recently renewed my subscription this past March for $99.00 yearly, if I upgrade to Ring Pro today (April 26) for an extra $100 subscription, am I charged an extra $100 or am I charged the full amount of $200 yearly?
