so I bought some items from an estate sale obviously the previous owners have passed.. so I got a receipt 🧾 and when I went to call and chat with ring they refused to honer the recipet and continued to act like I'm stupid and don't understand there protocol so very disrespectful to say the least

Ring POE camera keep dropping offline and showing " This video is unavailable"

I got 2 POE spotlight pro cameras and they started dropping offline after the recent firmware update.
