Doorbell will not charge

Hi. My doorbell will no longer charge. I bought a new battery to see if that helped but no luck. When I put it on charge I don't seem to get the blue light that goes round the button.

Will Plusnet going digital affect the doorbell

Plusnet is going digital and I'd like to know if it will affect the door bell and if there's anything I need to do.  Plusnet have refered me to Ring Can anyone help?

Upgrading plans

Can I swap home plans mid contract. I have standard plan with alerts/activations only, when full fibre fast broadband is available, I want to upgrade to Premium 24/7 recording. Is this possibe?
