Way to change owner of a device (buying a home with Ring included)
I recently purchased a home where the previous owner left their Ring camera installed above the door. I do not have a way to contact the owner. Is there any way I can change the Ring camera to my account? Thank you in advance.

Ring Intercom Unlock
I have installed Ring Intercom and it went well. When I click unlock, the notification is coming that the door unlocked but in reality the door did not. Any help?

Threaded Screw Hole in the Battery
I have two Stick Up out door cameras. When I take the batteries out to charge them, I noticed there is a small threaded hole on it. could you please tell me the tread size of that? that hole is ideal to help pull the battery out.
