Hello, I am trying to access my ring doorbell footage from 17th May 2025 but on the app i can only get it up until midday on the 17th. I need it from before then. Does anyone know how i can access that?

Solid white circle

I have come to charge my ring doorbell camera (built in battery) but there is just a solid white ring rather than a blue flashing circle. I believe this means it is in idle mode.
