App unable to start constant crashing

Ever since update 5.99, the app is unable to open and immediately crashes. I have disabled VPN, reinstalled the app, restarted the phone and nothing is working. There are other reports of the same issue on the ring subreddit.I have not been able to use the app for about a month. Is there any remedy

Ring app defaults to alarm rather than camera(s) when accessing history from the dashboard.

What if WiFi connection was its own button instead of in device health?

Just changed WiFi and it was hard to find how to get camera WiFi changed after getting Ring notification without googling where to click bc I wouldn’t have immediately thought device health = WiFi. I think there is room for a WiFi button thank you for your time!
