Without warning RING payment on account lapsed after having a chat with a rep. told me I was all set. I was paying autopay on credit card for solo and multi, so we fixed it, so I was just paying the multi plan, so I thought. Then my subscription just ended without notice and all videos lost, over a

Why doesn't Ring have a dedicated folder to see just 'starred' or saved videos? For the price of the devices and subscription, I'm very surprised to find that quick retrieval of saved videos isn't possible. I was told that I would need to download videos to my device to save them. Ring seems ridicul

30 day lost video
I had a video from 18.XXXXXX that i now need for a court case and solicitors.i changed my timescale to 180 days on the 22.XXXXXX thinking it would be safe.now i need it o can only go back to the 22.XXXXXX as the 180 days starts from then now im stuck cant retrieve it and may lose contact with granda
