30 day lost video

I had a video from 18.XXXXXX that i now need for a court case and solicitors.i changed my timescale to 180 days on the 22.XXXXXX thinking it would be safe.now i need it o can only go back to the 22.XXXXXX as the 180 days starts from then now im stuck cant retrieve it and may lose contact with granda

so I bought some items from an estate sale obviously the previous owners have passed.. so I got a receipt 🧾 and when I went to call and chat with ring they refused to honer the recipet and continued to act like I'm stupid and don't understand there protocol so very disrespectful to say the least

bad battery indications

hello i have 2 of the removable battery packs for spotlight cam…i plug them in and they go right to a green light….like they are fully charged….but when i put them in a cam they don’t show the red light or power up the camera? i have swapped to different cameras and check all those variables….think
