Under notification settings, when you have rich notifications turned on (to include snapshots in alerts so you can see what's happening without opening the app) - these notifications used to just be pure snapshot pictures, recently this has been upgraded to short video clips on the notification. I have a ring intercom and I don’t get notifications, it says you will when turning calls off but it doesn’t work? So I have to open the app if I know someone is there and press open and this only works 1/3 times?

My wife has died and is the account the account holder - calling and chatting to Ring agents proving very unhelpful. Seems to be no process
