Disabling bypassing of door sensor
Is it possible to disable automatic bypassing of a sensor when the system is armed using a Mode Schedule to set Away mode? The back door of our building was left open all night and we did not know, even though the system was armed.

So my friend set up my Ring system and opened an account and so he is the "Owner" and I am a "Shared User".How does he now make me the Owner so that I can take over the billing arrangements and he can drop off

Ring App recordings will not download
Ring App recordings will suddenly not download On my wife’s phone. They all appear on the list and notifications are all on history but when you try to download they just come up black. My phone still works perfectly. Thanks for any help
