Disabling bypassing of door sensor
Is it possible to disable automatic bypassing of a sensor when the system is armed using a Mode Schedule to set Away mode? The back door of our building was left open all night and we did not know, even though the system was armed.

So my friend set up my Ring system and opened an account and so he is the "Owner" and I am a "Shared User".How does he now make me the Owner so that I can take over the billing arrangements and he can drop off

Changing a router

Adding Shared User
Good evening, I am trying to add my partner onto my Ring Account as a shared user but unfortunately when he tries to login using his email and passwords it’s sending a code link to his old mobile number which he no longer has access too. How do I go about sorting this and changing his
