I was notified in the app to update my mailbox sensor. I followed the instructions including replacing the batteries.After multiple attempts I was unable to complete the update and now the device only reports as offline.I’ve replaced the batteries twice and tried to restart multiple times.

Mine is doing something similar. I was able to update it but hours later it still says to update. Tried again and can’t get it to work.

I purchased the Ring Wireless Doorbells. I have to install them over vinyl siding ( that is over cedar), the screws that were included are NOT long enough, can I get longer screw to secure the plate to the siding? What type/size would I need to use?
