Disabling bypassing of door sensor
Is it possible to disable automatic bypassing of a sensor when the system is armed using a Mode Schedule to set Away mode? The back door of our building was left open all night and we did not know, even though the system was armed.

So my friend set up my Ring system and opened an account and so he is the "Owner" and I am a "Shared User".How does he now make me the Owner so that I can take over the billing arrangements and he can drop off

Cancellation refund
I cancelled my annual subscription which renews the 6th of the month on 8/5/2026. I was debited 99.98, which was revered out. Then I was debited 54.18 but my ring account shows a debit of 49.97. Why did I not get a full refund if I cancelled before renewal? Why is there a discrepancy between debi
