Ring Pro Doorbell 4K

troubleshooting

Just installed new doorbell and at night there is a purple rainbow at the top left of attached photo. Does not happen during the day and did not have this problem with Ring Pro 2 Doorbell. Will there be an update to fix this?

chime pros not working

Both of my chime pros are not working properly since the outage. Not showing on the Devices. Tried reinstalling device or set up a new device but unsuccessful. All cameras are working. When I go on settings for each cameras, (I have 3)they all show online. On my galaxy 23s cannot see Devices on the

Ring camera won't reconnect

I have a ring doorbell camera 2nd generation, I took it down to recharge it and then tried to access it through my ring app.  It doesn't show up but the location does. I tried resetting the devices and when scanning it, it ask to transfer device or share.  I reset my wifi modem and router,
