Under notification settings, when you have rich notifications turned on (to include snapshots in alerts so you can see what's happening without opening the app) - these notifications used to just be pure snapshot pictures, recently this has been upgraded to short video clips on the notification. So i made a couple of posts regarding this issue. As of today 15/05/2026 Ring app iOS update 5.104.0 has fixed the issue whereby all the cameras would not be selectable in the iOS widget. Well done Ring for sorting this issue!.

I have a ring intercom and I don’t get notifications, it says you will when turning calls off but it doesn’t work? So I have to open the app if I know someone is there and press open and this only works 1/3 times?
