We had a burglary at our property. The thieves entered the property in the recording area of the cameras( I have video proof for this which was recorded in other cameras). However the cameras did not pick up the motion and were working fine before and after the incident. The ring cameras at other neighbouring properties also did not record anything during that period. The support team say everything works fine and wanted to give me steps to reboot the device and were not at all interested in what I had to say. This is absolutely an issue as I have seen other instances of this happening and other people having similar issue. Are ring cameras use les, if the burglars can disable them at will?

Why am I paying the monthly fee if they are not serving the purpose and they are not recording as they are supposed to as specified in the plan?

The primary aim of a ring cameras or doorbell and monthly plan is to alert me if there is someone in my property and keep my property secured. The device failed massively at this.
