Ring Battery Doorbell Pro (2nd Gen) Color Low-Light Sight with Adaptive Night Vision not Functioning
Hello All,
Appears I may just have a lemon Ring Battery Doorbell Pro (2nd Gen). In addition to my post linked below with the motion detection not functioning, the color low-light sight with adaptive night vision is not working in a very well lighted area of my front door. Given Ring has removed the video setting selection option for color night vision in low light from the new line of 4K doorbells, it is all software/AI controlled. The doorbell goes from day to IR night vision.
I have complete exhaustive trouble shooting outlined below for the motion detection not working, and the factory reset did nothing to correct the color night vision as well. Does anyone have any ideas?
