Ring Battery Doorbell Pro (2nd Gen) Motion Detection not Functioning
So I received this new Battery Pro (2nd Gen) about 5 days ago, and it is updated to the latest firmware version "cam-1.3.15900". With the motion zone setting at max, and NO Bird's Eye Zone turned on, the doorbell Pro (2nd Gen) can only detect motion about 1-2 feet away at most. Next, I configured Bird's Eye Zone, and set the zone to max range with motion detection set to both auto control, and then no auto control with max detection. Both of these test also were negative with the Bird's eye detection only detecting my hand when it is inches away from the device. Absolutely NO detection walking slowly strait to the camera from 40 feet away.
I have also attempted a factory reset, completed the setup, and configured the setting. The same test results. No motion detection unless I am inches to a couple feet from the device. I am out of ideas for this "Pro" 2nd Gen doorbell. FYI, the 5Ghz Wi-Fi connection is very strong to the device. I am not experiencing this issue on any of my other Ring camera devices.
Maybe one of the Ring folks on this forum have some ideas or anyone else? Any Doorbell Pro (2nd Gen) users experiencing the same issue?
