Modes stopped working
This morning when leaving the house, we changed the mode to Away. Upon return, we tried to change it to Home. The IOS phone app indicates that it has changed but it is notifying & announcing as if it is still in Away mode. Switching to Disarm mode does nothing.

This morning I hit the disarm button to turn off home mode, shows disarmed but is still armed in the home mode. Used the phone and also tried the keypad. Armed and disarmed system in home mode numerous times, rebooted the alarm, reset the alarm. unplugged the keypad. Any suggestions?

THi @user_5223bf. Is this showing armed on the Base Station, Keypad or Ring app? Do your Contact Sensors set off the Alarm if you open the door? Feel free to share any screenshots or pictures to illustrate the concern you are having.
