Starting 11 March 2024, Ring have increased their subscription, the basic plan has risen from £25 to £35 and now to£49.99/year per device.
I for one am going to stop purchasing and fitting their products and cancelling all subscriptions. I think we should start boycotting Ring products.

RING has gone from a cool respected (maybe an overclaim) company to one of the most hated in the UK. Why can’t you people speak to your customers? You hide behind poor ‘chat staff’ who only offer to pass complaints up the line…ie ‘field and document’ and do F all about. You’re a disgraceful company that has taken advantage of a captive market. You’ve saturated the market, hiked your prices by 40% and provide nothing more for that. You should be ashamed of yourselves

I too have received the email about the massive almost 50% rise in subscription for the 2nd year running. No mention of anything extra so I have just cancelled the recurring subscription as definitely not value for money.

Get greedy lose customers, I won’t be using you anymore, way of the world, set up a company, turnover looks good, investor comes in thinking they can do better, lose all customers with a ridiculous price increase. Company goes into liquidation ., banks lose money because it won’t be the investors cash on the line… we bail out the banks.

Absolute disgrace raising prices! Just pure greed! I’ll be chucking my ring bell in the bin and using my free to use, cheap, interactive wifi CCTV that notifys me when there’s a person detected.
As ever, big corporate ruining a good product with their disgusting need to squeeze every penny out their customers with no justification.
