Option to control alerts or notifications within Modes Settings

I like to record everything outside, but I don’t need alerts on all my devices when I am home. Currently modes lets you turn off motion recording and alerts, or turn on motion recording and alerts. Why not make that two separate switches. One for motion recording and one for alerts.
We have ring chimes, and multiple phones, ipads, the pc app, all going off all the time when we are home and outside. Being able to turn off the alerts for all our outside cameras, but still record while we are home would be exactly what is needed for multi device households.
Currently I have to mute all my devices alerts separately and its a real pain. Especially the chime. That takes multiple steps and menus to get to it to snooze that device.

I love my ring alarm……but by adding all the cameras I feel like I may have made a mistake. I was using Nest for indoor security cameras I just switched some out for Ring. But I find this problem to be very annoying and will probably be switching back to the nest cameras and subscription. I would not think this would be a hard fix, but I do see that it has been going on for several years and nothing has been done to rectify. Please consider adding more options as to when we receive notifications. As many others I want my cameras recording Constantly but I do not want the notifications constantly. I do want the notifications when I am away from the house. It’s just very frustrating not being able to fine-tune the system.

Most people would need this feature. If you are in Home mode, you may want to record without the annoying notification sound every time there’s motion which can be rather often. To be able to choose notifications options within modes is basic and logical so why isn’t Ring implementing this feature in their update???
