Shipping Status
I placed a large order through ring.com and received an email that the order was received. After nearly two weeks with no updates either through email or through my account, I contacted Ring Chat for help. I learned that my package was due for delivery today and tomorrow. While I am pleased that I will receive the package, I am frustrated that there was no automated update either by email, text, or even on my account. Virtually all online order platforms provide updates.

Same.. I placed a pretty simple order for 6 sensors and 2 outdoor sensors over a week ago. Still says "processing" - No option to cancel the order either so I can go look on Amazon or elsewhere either.. Ring needs to do better.

I ordered on oct 8th and still not shipped 15 days later. I just disputed the credit card charge and handling it that way. I reached a live agent who had no estimated ship date or info at all. At this stage I have no faith Ring will ship orders. There are many other competitor companies out there and will look for other options than Ring.
