Ring Floodlight Wired devices won't connect

I have three Ring Floodlight Wired devices only one of which will connect to the Ring Bridge. The setup gets to 95% then errors out. I've cycle the power to the devices, moved the bridge to within 10 feet of the devices while still connected to my wifi, and used both the scan QR code process and the manual entry of the device pin process, always the same result -- cannot connect.

Hi @user_75ccdb. Thank you for sharing which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. If you haven't done so already, try resetting the Ring Bridge by holding down the setup button on the side for 10 seconds. You will need to set up all lights again after the reset is done.
