PathLight I have had them a couple of years,
troubleshooting

I live in Florida, I do my best to keep them in Partial light, so they do not overheat. In July and August, they just overheat and nothing I do helps.

I had one quit charging, I have checked everything and it all looks good. I charge them up manually and place them back outside. 

But they will not take a solar charge. It is like the Solar part quit working. 

The batteries hold a good charge for three weeks. I just have them for light when I am up at 5 AM, I live in the country so I just use it for some back light around so I can see bears etc...

      Hi @user_e1c8f7. How long are these devices in the direct sunlight? How have you determined they are overheating? What specific device is this? This information is needed to assist you in troubleshooting.
