New build home with new floodlights and no QR code.

We are purchasing a new home recently built with already installed ring floodlights that are new. The builder left no information from the lights like the set up info or QR code. How do we set these up without the code? I see no options other than scan the QR code to set it up. Please help!

Hi @user_10a0dc. Are these Ring Floodlight Cameras, or Ring Smart Lighting Floodlights? In either case, you do need to scan the QR code, which is on the device itself, to set it up in the Ring app. Are you able to access the floodlights?
