Floodlight won’t add to Ring or Alexa
troubleshooting
Endless loop of each app finger pointing to the other. App updates, close, re-open, on 2.4G and 5G WiFi. Maddening.

Hi @user_9a2e33. Is this a Ring Smart Lighting Floodlight or Floodlight Camera? Are you setting it up for the first time? Ring devices must be set up in the Ring app before they can be discovered in the Alexa app. We have some tips on resolving setup issues here: https://ring.com/support/articles/8i61o/fixing-setup-issues.
