I have a Bticino classe 100 interface, type 344912. I wired C9 and C10 each to one of the two "BUS" terminals. Basically my Ring Intercom Audio works as intended (Can unlock by app). But unfortunately as soo as i plug the 12pin cable o the intercom, I have massive video noise when activating the camera view in Bticino interface. This is with (battery in) and without (battery removed) the intercom being powered on. Already shortened the connection cable to appx. 4" / 10cm and cut back the unused wires. Still the same. Since Bticino 344912 is listed to be fully compatible with the Ring Intercom Audio I'm wondering what the problem might be. Any hints apreciated!
