Door bell won’t charge

I have tried to charge my door bell and blue light is flashing but not charging I have tried everything listed and nothing ?
just paid £50 subscription also for a door bell that is now not working

Funny enough that’s exactly what’s happened to me, as soon as the plan finds taken out of my account the unit suddenly doesn’t work no warning nothing, how very strange or is there something sneaky going on
