Comelit 6701W no audio

Hello, I recently installed the Ring Intercom with Comelit 6701W. The video works, phone rings and I can open the door but can't get any audio. I tested all audio settings, checked the cables, reinstalled the Ring... tried everything but can't get audio in any direction. Does anyone have any solution?
